Shipping policy
- Worldwide express shipping with Fedex and DHL services (except Russia)
- Orders are shipped during business hours – Monday – Sunday. That excludes Ukraine federal holidays
- Shipping time depends on country of destination
- Postage is not included in the price of goods and pays separately
- Freight shipping for PONY and Utility carts takes 2 business days to ship out. Due to the size of the workstation, it will be shipped on a pallet. Customer will need to be able to accept pallet shipments. Any cost incurred due to inability to deliver palletized shipments will be passed to the customer
- In-stock items generally take 5-14 business days to ship
- Items that are not in-stock can take anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks to ship out. MULE will send you an email to keep you updated on the status
